Tinubu’s Working Vacation: Economic Reforms on the Agenda
President Bola Tinubu has departed Abuja for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation as part of his annual leave.
According to a statement from his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the president will use this time as a “working vacation” to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms.
Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria after his leave concludes on October 16, 2024
This trip marks his fourth visit to the UK since taking office, and it comes just days after Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day celebrations, where he outlined future plans, including a National Youth Conference
