Police Nab Katsina Village Head for Banditry Links
The Katsina State Police Command has arrested Usamatu Adamu, the village head of Unguwan Tambai in Runka, Safana Local Government Area, for allegedly acting as an informant for bandits.
Adamu was among 15 suspects paraded by the police in connection with various crimes, including banditry and kidnapping.
His arrest followed credible intelligence linking him to bandits operating in the region. The police are continuing their investigations into his activities and potential involvement in facilitating criminal operations.
