Details on Yung Filly’s Arrest for Serious Charges
Yung Filly, the popular UK rapper and YouTuber (real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos), has been arrested and charged with rape and assault in Australia.
The charges stem from an alleged incident on September 28, 2024, in a Perth hotel room, following his performance at a local nightclub.
The accusations include four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of impeding another person’s breathing by applying pressure to the neck.
Yung Filly was arrested in Queensland and later extradited to Perth to face the charges.
During his court appearance, the prosecution presented strong evidence, including CCTV footage, and highlighted the seriousness of the allegations.
Despite opposition from prosecutors, Yung Filly was granted bail but must remain in Western Australia until his next court date in December 2024.
