British YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was recently granted bail after facing serious charges of rape and assault in Perth, Australia.
The charges stem from an alleged incident that took place in late September, following a performance at a nightclub.
He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in his hotel room. In addition to the sexual assault charges, he faces accusations of choking the victim during the attack.
Yung Filly was arrested in Brisbane and later extradited to Perth, where he appeared in court.
He was granted bail with strict conditions, including a bail amount of 100,000 AUD (about £52,000) and restrictions that require him to stay within Western Australia while the investigation continues.
His next court hearing is scheduled for December 2024.
