Understanding Triphallia: The Second Recorded Case Worldwide
A 78-year-old British man has been identified as the second person in history to have the rare condition called triphallia, where an individual has three penises.
This discovery was made during a post-mortem examination after the man had donated his body for medical research.
The condition, which had previously only been documented in a newborn in Iraq, is extremely rare. The British man, it seems, lived his entire life without knowing he had this anatomical anomaly.
