Kazeem’s Fatal Jump: Impact of Drugs on Judgment
According to Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, a 45-year-old man named Kazeem tragically drowned after jumping into a river at the Odo Tente boundary between Lagos and Ogun states.
The incident occurred on October 11, 2024, after Kazeem allegedly consumed a hard drug known as “Colorado.”
Acting erratically under the influence, Kazeem reportedly ran uncontrollably and jumped into the river, where he drowned before help could arrive.
SP Hundeyin confirmed that police detectives visited the scene, took photographs, and contacted Kazeem’s father, who requested that his son be buried by the riverside according to their tradition
