Murder Trial: Woman’s Shocking Suitcase Confession Revealed
Sarah Boone, a Florida woman, is currently on trial for second-degree murder after being accused of killing her boyfriend, Jorge Torres Jr., by zipping him inside a suitcase and leaving him to die.
The incident occurred after an alleged game of hide-and-seek, where Boone left Torres trapped in the suitcase overnight.
During the trial, a video surfaced showing Boone taunting and mocking Torres as he struggled inside the suitcase, pleading for help and saying he couldn’t breathe.
Boone claimed that she did not intend to kill him and thought he would be fine. She also described their relationship as tumultuous, accusing Torres of past violence towards her.
Boone admitted to being angry during the incident but said she was afraid of what he might do once he got out of the suitcase.
Despite her claims, the incriminating video and her conflicting statements to police have become central pieces of evidence in the case.
