Anambra in Shock: Anglican Priest Kidnapped by Armed Gang
An Anglican priest, Ven David Arinze Ajaefobi, was kidnapped in Anambra State on the night of October 26, 2024. The abduction occurred around 9 PM at the entrance of St. James’ Parish in Awkuzu, located in Oyi Local Government Area.
As of now, the kidnappers have not contacted the priest’s family regarding a ransom or motive. The church community has initiated prayer sessions for his safe return.
