New Ministers Sworn In by President Tinubu: Bianca Ojukwu and Others Make the List

President Bola Tinubu has officially sworn in Bianca Ojukwu, Jumoke Oduwole, and five other individuals as new ministers in Nigeria.

The ceremony took place recently, with the president emphasizing the importance of the new appointees in contributing to the administration’s goals and objectives for national development.

Bianca Ojukwu, a notable figure and widow of the late Biafran leader Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, has been appointed as the Minister of Diaspora Affairs, while Jumoke Oduwole, who has previously held significant roles, is expected to bring her expertise to the new position.

The other ministers sworn in include professionals from various sectors, reflecting the administration’s commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity in governance.

The new ministers will be tasked with addressing critical issues facing the country, including economic recovery, security, and social welfare, as the Tinubu administration seeks to implement its vision for Nigeria.

The newly appointed ministers and their portfolios are:

Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda – Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction

Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi – Minister of Labour & Employment

Bianca Odinaka Odumegwu-Ojukwu – Minister of State, Foreign Affairs

Dr. Jumoke Oduwole – Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment

Idi Mukhtar Maiha – Minister of Livestock Development

Yusuf Abdullahi Ata – Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development

Dr. Suwaiba Said Ahmad – Minister of State, Education
