Empowerment in Kaduna: Released Minors Receive N100k and Smartphones from Government
The Kaduna State government has made a significant gesture of support to 39 minors who were recently released from captivity.
Each of the released children was given a gift of N100,000 and a smartphone to help them reintegrate into society.
The state also facilitated their reunion with their families, offering both financial and emotional support to aid in their recovery from the trauma of being kidnapped.
This move is part of the state’s efforts to provide care and assistance to minors affected by abductions and other forms of criminal activity, particularly in areas prone to violence and kidnappings.
The government’s action is being seen as a positive step towards addressing the challenges faced by victims of such crimes and supporting their reintegration into normal life.
