Rapper Lil Durk’s Legal Battle: Not Guilty Plea in Murder-For-Hire Charges
Lil Durk is facing serious charges related to a federal murder-for-hire conspiracy. The rapper, who was arrested in Miami in late October 2024, is accused of orchestrating an attack on rapper Quando Rondo, which led to the death of his cousin, Lul Pab, instead.
Durk reportedly plans to plead not guilty to the charges. This case stems from an alleged plot involving members of his OTF (Only the Family) crew, who are said to have been contracted to carry out the hit. Durk and five of his affiliates were reportedly involved in planning the attack using the OTF’s resources.
The stakes are high for Durk, as if convicted, he faces life imprisonment or even the death penalty. Despite the grave situation, sources close to him report that he has maintained a positive attitude while in custody.
