The funeral of the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was held in his hometown of Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State. The solemn event saw the attendance of notable figures, including Peter Obi, Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Orji Uzor Kalu, Bukola Saraki, and other dignitaries from across Nigeria.
Ubah, who represented the Anambra South Senatorial District in the 10th Senate, passed away on July 27, 2024, in London at the age of 52.
He was a member of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) and was re-elected earlier this year. Tributes at the ceremony highlighted his contributions to the legislative body and the South-East region.
