Stopping Smugglers: Adamawa Customs Foils N86.5 Million Fuel Plot
The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) recently seized a significant amount of fuel in Adamawa State, valued at approximately N86.5 million.
This interception, part of “Operation Whirlwind,” involved two trucks and multiple containers filled with petrol.
The Customs service announced that the seized fuel, which included 94,550 liters of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), would be auctioned off at a controlled price of N630 per litre to the public.
