Diddy Faces Lawsuit: Allegations of Balcony Incident Surface

Woman Sues Diddy: Claims of Being Dangled Off a Balcony Emerge

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a lawsuit filed by Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who alleges that he physically assaulted her by dangling her off a 17th-floor balcony at Cassie Ventura’s Los Angeles apartment in 2016.

The lawsuit, filed on November 26, 2024, claims Diddy also slammed her into patio furniture and subjected her to intimidation and threats, including calling himself “the devil” and asserting he could kill her.

Bongolan is seeking over $10 million in damages, highlighting the psychological and physical harm she endured.

This comes amidst growing legal troubles for Diddy, who has faced other accusations of abuse, including recent claims by Cassie Ventura herself.

The case is adding to the scrutiny around the music mogul’s past conduct.
