Learn From Ondo: The Dangers of Toxic Relationships Highlighted by Police
The Ondo State Police have issued a warning about toxic relationships following a tragic incident in which a man, identified as Sesan Adelabu, killed his wife, Bola, and then took his own life.
The incident occurred in the Alagbaka area of Akure. Reports indicate that the couple had been experiencing marital difficulties, possibly linked to infidelity, in the weeks leading up to the event.
After attacking his wife with a machete, Adelabu consumed a pesticide, Sniper, to end his own life.
The couple’s child was the one who alerted the police after becoming concerned about their whereabouts.
