No Invitation: PDP Denies Plans to Back Jonathan for 2027 Election
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has denied actively inviting former President Goodluck Jonathan to run for the 2027 presidency.
Party representatives clarified that while there has been widespread public support and calls for Jonathan’s return, any decision to contest lies solely with him.
