Tragic Park Incident: 12-Year-Old Girl Charged with Manslaughter of 80-Year-Old Man
A 12-year-old girl has been charged with manslaughter following the death of 80-year-old Bhim Kohli, who was injured while walking his dog in Franklin Park, Leicester, in September.
Kohli passed away on September 2 after the incident. A 15-year-old boy has also been charged with his murder.
The police have referred the case to the Independent Office for Police Conduct due to prior contact with the victim.
