Justice for Slowthai: Rapper Exonerated in House Party Incident
Grammy-nominated rapper Slowthai, whose real name is Tyron Frampton, has been cleared of allegations of raping two women at a house party after a gig in Oxford.
The court ruled that there was insufficient evidence to support the claims against him. Slowthai, along with his co-accused Alex Blake-Walker, had faced charges of rape and sexual assault, which both denied.
During the trial, Slowthai maintained that the interactions were consensual and described the accusations as “just not true.”
He emphasized that he had no involvement in any non-consensual acts and denied allegations of coordinating or encouraging any misconduct with his co-accused.
