King Charles’ Ongoing Cancer Journey: Next Year’s Treatment Plans
King Charles III, aged 76, will continue his cancer treatment into 2025, according to Buckingham Palace sources.
Diagnosed in February 2024 following a procedure for an enlarged prostate, the King’s condition has reportedly been managed positively, allowing him to maintain a schedule of public engagements.
Despite undergoing weekly chemotherapy, King Charles temporarily paused his treatment during official tours in Australia and Samoa in October 2024.
He plans to continue his royal duties, both domestically and internationally, in the coming year.
The royal family has faced additional health challenges, with the Princess of Wales also undergoing cancer treatment.
Prince William acknowledged the difficulties of the year but expressed pride in his family’s resilience.
