Female Passenger Safety: Cab Driver Apprehended by Police
The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a 44-year-old cab driver, Andrew Nwanna, for allegedly robbing female passengers in Port Harcourt.
Nwanna, originally from Aboh-Mbaise in Imo State, reportedly used his private vehicle, equipped with a customized plate number, to target lone female passengers. He would divert them to secluded areas to rob them of their belongings.
