Investigators discovered a Quran opened to a passage promoting martyrdom and violence, alongside bomb-making materials and children’s toys.
Jabbar’s attack on Bourbon Street resulted in 14 fatalities and numerous injuries. He was killed in a shootout with police following the incident.
