Breaking News: EYN Pastors Released from Captivity in Adamawa
Two pastors from the Ekklesiyar Yan’uwa a Nigeria (EYN) Church, Reverend James Kwayam and Pastor Ishaku D. Chiwar, have been released after being abducted on December 30, 2024, in the Malabu area of Fufore Local Government Area in Adamawa State.
The Adamawa State Police Command had condemned the kidnapping and initiated efforts to locate and rescue the pastors.
The EYN Church President, Dr. Daniel Mbaya, expressed gratitude for the pastors’ safe return and thanked the public for their prayers and support.
The police have not disclosed whether a ransom was paid for the pastors’ release.
