Years of Sacrifice Gone: Jhene Aiko Shares Her Home’s Tragic End in Wildfire
R&B singer Jhené Aiko, aged 36, has revealed that her Los Angeles home was destroyed by recent wildfires. In an Instagram Story, she expressed her heartbreak, stating, “Me and my children’s home is gone [and] burned to the ground with all our things inside.”
She added, “Thankful we still have each other. Starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy.”
Aiko, who shares a 2-year-old son, Noah Hasani, with rapper Big Sean, and a 16-year-old daughter, Namiko Love, from a previous relationship, confirmed that she and her children are safe despite the loss.
The wildfires have caused significant devastation in the Los Angeles area, destroying over 1,900 structures and displacing more than 180,000 people. Several celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Leighton Meester, and Anna Faris, have also lost their homes in the fires.
