The assault resulted in the deaths of four individuals: a local watchman and three contractors. Notably, no NIS officers were harmed during the incident.
The assailants caused significant damage to the border security infrastructure. In response, the NIS, in collaboration with other security agencies, has initiated efforts to apprehend those responsible and enhance security measures in the region.
