Lynn Ban, a renowned jewelry designer and star of Netflix’s “Bling Empire: New York,” passed away at 52 following complications from a skiing accident in Aspen, Colorado. On Christmas Eve, Ban experienced what appeared to be a minor fall while skiing with her family. Subsequent medical examinations revealed a brain bleed, necessitating emergency brain surgery. Despite initial signs of recovery, Ban tragically passed away on January 20, 2025.
Her son, Sebastian, announced her passing on Instagram, expressing deep sorrow and admiration for his mother, describing her as his best friend and a fighter until the end.
Ban was celebrated for her innovative jewelry designs, which adorned celebrities such as Rihanna and Beyoncé.
