Legal Battles Resurface: O.J. Simpson Estate Sues Son for Home Invasion
The estate of the late O.J. Simpson has filed a lawsuit against his son, Justin Simpson, alleging unauthorized occupation of Simpson’s Las Vegas residence. The legal action, initiated by estate executor and longtime attorney Malcolm LaVergne, contends that Justin moved into the property following his father’s death in April 2024 and has since refused to vacate or compensate the estate for expenses related to the home.
According to the lawsuit, the house was originally purchased through Primary Holdings LLC—a company owned by Justin—to safeguard O.J. Simpson’s financial interests and protect the property from creditor claims.
Despite this arrangement, the estate asserts that O.J. Simpson used personal funds to maintain the home, indicating it was intended to remain part of his estate. The legal filing further alleges that Justin’s continued residence in the house contradicts the provisions outlined in his father’s will, which did not grant him ownership of the property.
