Heartbreaking Story of Nigerian Woman Who Died Giving Birth in UK at Age 32
A 32-year-old Nigerian woman, Temitope Elizabeth Soneye Iwute, tragically passed away during childbirth at Croydon University Hospital in London. She had recently completed her Master’s degree at York St. John University and was eagerly anticipating her future.
In response to her untimely death, the Nigerians in the UK Community (NIUK Community) has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to support her newborn son and assist with funeral expenses. The community described Temitope as a vibrant individual who was looking forward to motherhood and had a promising future ahead.
