Explosive Revelation: A$AP Relli Deleted Texts in A$AP Rocky Feud
During the fourth day of A$AP Rocky’s assault trial on January 30, 2025, Terell Ephron, known as A$AP Relli, acknowledged deleting text messages from his phone prior to contacting law enforcement. These messages, which were not present on Relli’s device but retrieved from A$AP Rocky’s phone, contained confrontational language from Relli, including challenges to fight and derogatory remarks. One such message read, “You got all these fake animosity towards me lol beat me up.”
When questioned in court, Relli initially claimed the messages were fabricated but subsequently admitted to deleting them, though he did not provide a reason for their removal. Despite this admission, Relli maintained that A$AP Rocky had threatened him and argued that the deleted texts did not change the nature of the alleged assault.
The trial centers on an incident where A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Mayers, is accused of shooting at Relli near a Hollywood hotel in 2021. The confrontation was partially captured on security cameras; however, the actual shooting was not recorded, making Relli’s testimony pivotal for the prosecution. If convicted, A$AP Rocky could face up to 24 years in prison.
