Chika Stanley Okoh: Deceptive Scheme Unraveled in Lagos
On February 11, 2025, the Lagos Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) secured the conviction of Chika Stanley Okoh for internet fraud. Okoh was sentenced by Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Posing as a male American actor on Facebook, Okoh deceived unsuspecting individuals into fraudulent schemes. He was arraigned in December 2024 on a one-count charge related to cybercrime.
