Capturing Moments: President Tinubu in Paris
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has recently been in Paris, France, for both official and private engagements. On November 27, 2024, he arrived with First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu for a three-day state visit aimed at strengthening Nigeria-France relations.
During this visit, President Tinubu was welcomed by French President Emmanuel Macron at the historic Les Invalides. The two leaders engaged in discussions focusing on enhancing bilateral ties in areas such as agriculture, security, education, health, youth engagement, innovation, and energy transition.
In early February 2025, President Tinubu returned to Paris for a private visit. During this time, he met with Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Alphabet Inc. and Google, to discuss potential collaborations and technological advancements.
