Social Critic VeryDarkMan Sparks Nedu’s Podcast Departure
Nigerian radio personality Chinedu Emmanuel, popularly known as Nedu Wazobia, has announced his resignation from The Honest Bunch podcast amid a recent controversy involving social critic Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM).
The dispute began when comedian Deeone appeared on the podcast and made allegations regarding VDM’s sexual orientation. In response, VDM redirected his focus toward Nedu, accusing him of engaging in inappropriate relationships with female guests in exchange for podcast appearances.
In his resignation statement, Nedu expressed that the ongoing scrutiny and accusations had taken a personal toll, leading him to step down to protect his peace of mind, family, and the integrity of the show.
