Armed Robbery in Enugu: Details on the Recent Arrests
On February 6, 2025, operatives of the Enugu State Police Command apprehended two individuals, Chime Valentine Chidiebere and Alior Jideofor Kenechukwu, in connection with an armed robbery incident. The suspects were arrested following a tip-off and are currently in custody pending further investigation.
This arrest is part of a series of successful operations by the Enugu State Police Command aimed at curbing armed robbery and related crimes in the region.
In December 2024, the command conducted multiple operations leading to the arrest of two male armed robbery suspects and the recovery of five firearms, two live cartridges, a stolen tricycle, and other incriminating items.
