Tragic Loss: Israeli Hostage and Family Confirmed Deceased
Hamas has announced that Shiri Bibas and her two sons, Ariel (5) and Kfir (2), who were abducted during the October 7, 2023, attack, have died. In addition to the return of the Bibas family’s bodies, Hamas has agreed to release six living hostages on Saturday, as part of ongoing negotiations facilitated by Egypt. These developments are occurring amidst a ceasefire that began on January 19, 2025, which includes provisions for hostage exchanges and discussions on Gaza’s future governance.
