Mohbad’s Widow Defends Against Accusations
Omowunmi Aloba, the widow of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has addressed allegations regarding her father-in-law’s demand for a DNA test to confirm the paternity of her son, Liam.
In a recent interview, Wunmi expressed her willingness to undergo the test, stating she has “nothing to hide.” However, she revealed that her father-in-law has imposed conditions, including a stipulation that the DNA results not be disclosed publicly.
Wunmi believes these demands are attempts to control her late husband’s assets and to tarnish her reputation. She also mentioned receiving death threats, contributing to her sense of insecurity since Mohbad’s passing.
