Neyo Discusses Transparency in Polyamorous Family Dynamics

Neyo Welcomes Fourth Partner in Open Relationship

Ne-Yo, the 45-year-old R&B artist, has openly discussed his polyamorous lifestyle and its impact on his seven children. In a recent interview on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, he emphasized the importance of honesty, stating, “I’m not lying to nobody.” He ensures transparency by answering his children’s questions truthfully and introducing them to his multiple partners, explaining each person’s role within their household. Ne-Yo believes this approach fosters a sense of family and community among his children.

Recently, Ne-Yo expanded his polyamorous relationships by adding a fourth partner, choreographer Brionna Williams, to his group, which he affectionately refers to as his ‘wives.’ This addition follows his previous relationships with OnlyFans stars Bella and Phoenix Feather, and party girl Arielle Hill. Despite this expansion, Brionna has not yet been featured in social media posts by the other partners.

Ne-Yo’s polyamorous lifestyle has faced criticism, including from his ex-partner, influencer Sade Jenea Bagnerise, with whom he shares two children. She has labeled his relationships as “sick” and “weird,” expressing that she would not tolerate her children being involved. In response to detractors, Ne-Yo addressed the backlash on Instagram Stories with a pointed message: “Them: ‘NE-YO, WE DON’T APPROVE OF YOUR POLY RELATIONSHIP.’ Fun fact: I don’t care.”

Ne-Yo maintains that honesty is the key to managing his relationships and believes that transparency would have saved him much trouble in the past. He continues to be a dedicated father, recently celebrating his youngest son’s birthday on Instagram.
