
A Mother’s Heartbreak: Son’s Fatal Accident Revealed
Luca Manolache, a 19-year-old Romanian footballer, tragically passed away after a prolonged and mysterious illness. On February 28, 2025, while experiencing severe symptoms, Luca called his mother, Ana Maria Manolache, expressing his distress and fear of dying. He was subsequently transported to County Hospital in Târgoviște, Romania, but sadly, he passed away before his mother could arrive. An autopsy revealed that Luca died from drowning in his own stomach acid, compounded by a severe lung infection.
Luca had been a midfielder for Metaloglobus București until August 2024, when he began experiencing severe symptoms, including fatigue, dizziness, chills, and bloody stools. Despite extensive medical evaluations and treatments, his health continued to deteriorate, leading to his untimely death.
His former team, Metaloglobus București, expressed profound grief over Luca’s passing, highlighting his dedication to football and the joy he brought to the field. They noted that his last appearance was on August 24, 2024, after which he reported fatigue, leading to medical examinations.
