Marc-Andre ter Stegen Addresses Allegations of Infidelity
Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen has publicly addressed and refuted allegations concerning his wife, Daniela Jehle, and their recent separation. Following reports suggesting that their split was due to Daniela’s infidelity with her personal trainer, Ter Stegen issued a strong denial. He emphasized that there was no infidelity involved and that their decision to separate was mutual and focused on the well-being of their two children.
Ter Stegen expressed his disappointment with the media outlet Catalunya Ràdio and its journalists—Juliana Canet, Roger Carandell, and Marta Montaner—for disseminating what he termed as false information. He criticized them for damaging Daniela’s reputation and labeled the allegations as lies.
The couple, who had been together for thirteen years and married for nearly eight, announced their separation recently. Ter Stegen is currently recovering from a knee injury and has been staying at a hotel, initially citing home renovations during their separation.
The journalists involved have since apologized for any distress caused by their reports. Ter Stegen and Daniela have requested privacy during this period, emphasizing their commitment to co-parenting their children amicably.
