British rapper and YouTube personality Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is under investigation for allegedly raping a British tourist in Magaluf, Spain. The incident reportedly occurred last summer after Filly’s performance in the resort town.

The alleged victim, approximately 20 years old, claims that after initially meeting at a beach club where Filly performed, they later encountered each other at a nearby nightclub. Upon returning to the UK, she reported the incident to British police, who subsequently informed Spanish authorities.

This development adds to Filly’s existing legal challenges. Filly has pleaded not guilty to these charges and is currently out on bail under strict conditions, including remaining in Western Australia and avoiding contact with the alleged victim.

Additionally, while awaiting trial in Australia, Filly admitted to reckless driving. He was caught driving at 158 km/h (98 mph) in a 100 km/h (60 mph) zone on Roe Highway in High Wycombe, Western Australia. His vehicle was impounded, and he is scheduled to appear in court for this offense on January 30. Potential penalties include up to nine months in prison, a fine of 6,000 Australian dollars, and a minimum six-month driving disqualification.

As investigations continue in both Spain and Australia, Filly’s legal troubles appear to be mounting. He is expected to return to court in Australia for a trial listing hearing in June.
