Ikoyi Raid: Police Crackdown on 51 Street Traders & Miscreants Caught on Camera

The Lagos State Task Force recently conducted a raid in Ikoyi and surrounding areas, arresting 114 individuals involved in various illegal activities, including street trading, drug peddling, and other infractions.

This operation was part of an effort to address safety and environmental concerns raised by local residents.

The task force uncovered significant issues, such as illegal street setups and improperly stored hazardous materials like diesel, which posed a serious fire risk.

During the operation, items such as narcotics were confiscated, and the arrested individuals are expected to face charges in court.

Authorities emphasized their commitment to restoring safety and order to the community and encouraged residents to report suspicious activities.
