6ix9ine’s Shocking Sentence: Probation Violation for Meth Use

Inside 6ix9ine’s Legal Battle: Meth Use and Probation Sentence

Tekashi 6ix9ine was recently sentenced after multiple probation violations, including testing positive for methamphetamine, traveling to Las Vegas without authorization, and missing a mandatory drug test.

His attorney argued that his positive test for meth could be due to prescribed Adderall. These infractions occurred while he was under a supervised release following his involvement in a 2019 federal racketeering case.

During a court hearing, 6ix9ine pleaded not guilty to the probation breaches, but he will remain in custody until a follow-up hearing scheduled for November 12.

This case adds to his ongoing legal struggles, as he was also recently arrested in the Dominican Republic for unrelated assault charges.
