Exploring Energy Innovations: VP Shettima’s Visit to Côte d’Ivoire
Vice President Kashim Shettima has traveled to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to participate in the International Exhibition on Extractive and Energy Resources (SIREXE).
The conference, themed “Policies and Strategy for the Sustainable Development of the Extractive and Energy Industries,” is taking place from November 27 to December 2 at the Abidjan Exhibition Centre.
Shettima was welcomed by Côte d’Ivoire’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kacou Houadja Léon Adom, and the Minister of Mines, Oil, and Energy, Mamadou Sangafowa-Coulibaly.
The event brings together global stakeholders in mining, petroleum, and energy industries to discuss sustainable growth strategies and investment opportunities in Africa.
Vice President Shettima is also sharing Nigeria’s experiences in hydrocarbon exploration and production during the event.
