Gombe Police Nab Two Suspects for Armed Robbery and Conspiracy
The Gombe State Police Command recently arrested two individuals for criminal conspiracy and armed robbery.
The suspects, identified as Abdulwahab Abubakar (16) and Sadiq Abdullahi (15), along with an accomplice named Musa (still at large), were involved in an attack on Sanusi Jibrin, who was seriously injured and robbed of his phone in September 2024.
Police investigations led to the swift arrest of the suspects and recovery of a Huawei phone as an exhibit.
In a separate incident, other suspects were apprehended for a string of crimes, including house trespass and theft, with stolen items such as motorcycles and phones recovered during the police operations.
