Shocking Confession: Gospel Singer Timileyin Ajayi on Murdering Unfaithful Partner
On January 12, 2025, gospel singer Oluwatimileyin Ajayi was apprehended in Nasarawa State, Nigeria, for the alleged murder and beheading of 24-year-old National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member, Salome Eleojo Adaidu. Ajayi was reportedly found near a church in Orozo carrying a bag containing Adaidu’s severed head.
Initial reports suggested that Ajayi claimed Adaidu was his girlfriend and that he killed her due to suspicions of infidelity. However, Adaidu’s family has firmly refuted these claims, stating that she was never in a relationship with Ajayi.
They assert that she was a victim of a mistaken identity or a “one chance” incident, having unknowingly entered the wrong tricycle (Keke Napep) while heading to Karu, Abuja, to visit a friend.
The Nasarawa State Police Command has confirmed Ajayi’s arrest and is conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident.
The tragic death of Adaidu, a recent graduate from Kogi State University, has elicited widespread outrage and calls for justice. Her family has urged authorities to ensure that all individuals involved in her abduction and murder face the full weight of the law.
