Nnamdi Kanu Accuses Justice Binta Nyako of Corruption Threats

IPOB Leader Claims Family of Justice Nyako Faces Charges

During a recent court appearance at the Federal High Court in Abuja, Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), accused Justice Binta Nyako of bias, alleging that her son and husband are facing corruption charges and that she has been told that if she convicts him, they will be let off.

Kanu’s legal team has previously filed a petition against Justice Nyako, alleging judicial bias and non-adherence to constitutional and legal standards.

In response to these allegations and the ensuing disputes, Justice Nyako has adjourned the trial indefinitely to allow for the resolution of the jurisdictional issues raised by the defense.
