Tragic Kidnapping: RCCG Pastor’s Family Targeted
In a tragic incident in Mararaba, Nasarawa State, gunmen attacked the residence of Pastor Austin Ifeji of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). During the assault, Pastor Ifeji sustained machete wounds but managed to escape.
His 17-year-old son was fatally shot while attempting to protect his mother, who was subsequently abducted by the assailants. The kidnappers have reportedly demanded a ransom of N30 million for her release. As of now, the Nasarawa State Police Command has stated they are not aware of the incident.
