700-Mile Journey Ends in Home Arson
In a recent incident, 21-year-old Harrison Frederick Jones from Rockford, Michigan, was arrested for allegedly driving over 700 miles to Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania, to set fire to a home where six individuals were residing. The occupants managed to escape, though tragically, the family’s two dogs perished in the blaze.
Authorities believe Jones targeted the residence due to online communications between one of the male occupants and his ex-girlfriend. Surveillance footage captured a black sedan at the scene, leading investigators to Jones, who was found with burns on his arm upon arrest. He faces multiple charges, including attempted homicide and arson.
