Spiritual Conflicts: A Pastor’s Testimony
Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), recently recounted a disturbing experience involving a woman who claimed that God revealed Pastor Adeboye was her destined husband. This incident, which occurred several years ago, was shared during the grand finale of the 2025 Special Victory Hour programme of the church.
According to Pastor Adeboye, the woman, a senior official at the West African Examinations Council and herself married, approached him with the assertion that they were divinely meant to be together. Despite his attempts to reason with her, she remained adamant and even threatened to kill his wife, Mrs. Folu Adeboye, if she did not step aside.
The situation escalated to the point where law enforcement was involved, but the woman continued her pursuit, tracking Pastor Adeboye to London during a discreet trip. It was only after seeking divine intervention that the ordeal concluded.
