Omarion Opens Up About B2K Groupmates Disconnect
Omarion, the lead singer of the early 2000s R&B group B2K, recently opened up about his current relationship with his former bandmates—J-Boog, Raz-B, and Lil’ Fizz. In a candid interview, he stated, “As far as personally, we don’t really have a relationship.”
Despite the lack of personal connections, Omarion emphasized his enduring respect for the group’s legacy. He remarked, “I will always honor my group, my foundation, and where I come from.”
Reflecting on their shared history, Omarion acknowledged the unique bond formed during their rise to fame, noting that “we grew up together and did something in our lives that no one else did.” He added, “There’s always an honor system in that.”
B2K, which stands for “Boys of the New Millennium,” was formed in 1998 and achieved significant success with hits like “Bump, Bump, Bump” before disbanding in 2004.
The group briefly reunited for “The Millennium Tour” in 2019, but internal conflicts have since strained their relationships.
