
Dapo Abiodun’s Heartfelt Visit to Ajimobi Family
Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, recently paid a condolence visit to the Ajimobi family following the passing of Mrs. Abisola Kola-Daisi, the eldest daughter of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi. Mrs. Kola-Daisi passed away at the age of 44 in the United Kingdom after a prolonged illness.
Her passing has elicited condolences from various dignitaries, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who expressed his heartfelt sympathies to Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, acknowledging the profound loss of a cherished daughter, devoted wife, and mother of three.
Additionally, Hon. Aderogba Adebayo Taofik, an aspirant for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency, extended his condolences, describing Mrs. Kola-Daisi’s demise as a tragic and painful loss not only to her family but also to Oyo State and the nation.
The Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, also expressed deep sorrow over her passing, highlighting her as a remarkable woman who embodied grace, kindness, and strength.
Mrs. Kola-Daisi was known for her contributions as a successful businesswoman and a trusted public servant, having served as a special adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Senator Atiku Bagudu.
