Ned Nwoko refuses Regina Daniels return
Senator Ned Nwoko has publicly declared that he does not want his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, to return to his home. He explained that he is not seeking reconciliation and has not been in contact with her for months. Instead, he believes she needs therapy and insists that her well-being should be the priority.
According to Nwoko, Regina’s behaviour changed drastically over recent months. He claimed she began using hard drugs and that this led to erratic actions, mood swings, and a decline in her personal hygiene. He also alleged that she damaged property in the home and spent time with friends he believes have a negative influence on her. Nwoko stressed that these changes were alarming and made the home environment unstable.
The senator recalled sending Regina a final message in mid-October, urging her to return to rehabilitation or risk losing his financial support. He stated that he could no longer fund a lifestyle that encouraged harmful habits. One incident he described involved waking up to Regina filming him in the bathroom, which he saw as a sign that her behaviour had become unpredictable.
Nwoko appealed to those close to Regina to help ensure she receives proper treatment. He said his main concern is the well-being of their two children and that his stance is motivated by a desire to see her regain stability. According to him, bringing her back into the house without addressing the underlying issues would not be safe for anyone involved.
The situation has sparked strong public reactions, but Nwoko maintains that his decision is final. He believes therapy is necessary before any discussion about the future of their relationship can take place. For now, he insists that Regina should focus on healing and rebuilding her life away from his household.
